【摘要】:1ThisInternationalStandardappliestocarbonsteelsheetofcommercialanddrawingqualitiescoatedbythecontinuoushot-dipzinc-coatingprocess.2Zinc-coatedsheetissuitableforapplicationswhereresistancetocorrosionisofprimeimportance.3Thesteelsheetisproducedinanumberofqualities,coatingmass,surfacetreatments,andorderingconditions.4Zinc-coatedsheetisproducedinthicknessesfrom0,25mmto5mminclusiveaftercoating,andinwidthsof600mmandoverincoilsandcutlengths.Zinc-coatedsheetlessthan600mmwide,slitfromwidesheet,willbeconsideredassheet.5Thethicknessofhot-dipzinc-coatedandzinc-ironalloysheetsteelmaybespecifiedasacombinationofthebasemetalandmetalliccoating,orasthebasemetalalone.Thepurchasershallindicateontheorderwhichmethodofspecifyingthicknessisrequired.Intheeventthepurchaserdoesnotindicateanypreference,thethicknessasacombinationofthebasemetalandcoatingwillbeprovided.AnnexAdescribestherequirementsforspecifyingthethicknessofthebasemetalalone.6Zincandzinc-ironalloycoatedsteelsheetmaybeorderedinoneoftwoorderingconditions:a)ConditionA):steelorderedtosatisfymechanicalpropertyrequirements.b)ConditionB):steelorderedtomakeanidentifiedpart.7Zinc-coatedsteelsheetisavailableinseveralfabricationqualities.—Commercial:intendedforgeneralfabricationpurposeswheresheetisusedintheflatorforbendingormoderateforming.—Drawing:intendedforfabricatingpartswheredrawingorsevereformingmaybeinvolved.—Deepdrawing-aluminiumkilled(non-aging):intendedforfabricatingpartswhereparticularlyseveredrawingorformingmaybeinvolvedoressentialfreedomformagingisrequired.—Extradeepdrawing(stabilizedinterstitialfree):intendedforapplicationsrequiringinterstitialfreesteel(IF)whichisnon-agingandhasmaximumformability.8ThisInternationalStandarddoesnotcoversteelsdesignatedasstructuralqualitywhicharecoveredinISO4998.
