【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandardrelatestotheimmunityrequirementsandtestmethodsforelectricalandelectronicequipmentsubjectedtostaticelectricitydischarges,fromoperatorsdirectly,andtoadjacentobjects.Itadditionallydefinesrangesoftestlevelswhichrelatetodifferentenvironmentalandinstallationconditionsandestablishestestprocedures.Theobjectofthisstandardistoestablishacommonandreproduciblebasisforevaluatingtheperformanceofelectricalandelectronicequipmentwhensubjectedtoelectrostaticdischarges.Inaddition,itincludeselectrostaticdischargeswhichmayoccurfrompersonneltoobjectsnearvitalequipment.Thisstandarddefines:-typicalwaveformofthedischargecurrent;-rangeoftestlevels;-testequipment;-testset-up;-testprocedure.Thisstandardgivesspecificationsfortestperformedin"laboratories"and"post-installationtests"performedonequipmentinthefinalinstallation.Thisstandarddoesnotintendtospecifytheteststobeappliedtoparticularapparatusorsystems.ItsmainaimistogiveageneralbasicreferencetoallconcernedproductcommitteesoftheIEC.Theproductcommittees(orusersandmanufacturersofequipment)remainresponsiblefortheappropriatechoiceofthetestsandtheseverityleveltobeappliedtotheirequipment.Inordernottoimpedethetaskofcoordinationandstandardization,theproductcommitteesorusersandmanufacturersarestronglyrecommendedtoconsider(intheirfutureworkorrevisionofoldstandards)theadoptionoftherelevantimmunitytestsspecifiedinthisstandard.
