【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandardspecifiesamethodforthedeterminationoftheeliminationandthebiodegradabilityoforganiccompoundsbyaerobicmicro-organisms.Theconditionsdescribedsimulateawaste-watertreatmentplant.Twotestsystemscanbeused:activatedsludgeplantsorporouspots.Thetestscanoptionallybeperformedunderconditionsofnitrificationanddenitrification(AnnexA)andcouplingoftheunits(AnnexB).Themethodappliestoorganiccompoundswhich,undertheconditionsofthetest,area)solubleintapwateratthetestconcentrationandnotexpectedtobetransformedtoinsolublemetabolitesifbiodegradation,inadditiontoelimination,isdetermined;b)poorlywater-soluble,butwhicharesatisfactorilydispersibleinwaterandallowdetectionwithsuitableanalyticalmeans(e.g.organiccarbonmeasurements);c)non-volatile,orwhichhaveanegligiblevapourpressureunderthetestconditions;d)notinhibitorytothetestmicro-organismsattheconcentrationchosenforthetest.Inhibitoryeffectscanbedeterminedbyusingasuitabletestmethod(e.g.ISO8192orISO15522t).CompoundsinhibitoryatconcentrationsusedinthistestmaybetestedatconcentrationslessthantheirEC20value,followedbyhigherpracticalconcentrationsafteraperiodofacclimatization.Themethodcanalsobeusedtomeasurethebiodegradationandeliminationofdissolvedorganiccompoundsinwastewater(alsocalled"testcompound"inthemethod).Ifmoreordifferentinformationisrequiredtopredictthebehaviouroftestcompoundsorwastewaterinatreatmentplant,otherdegradationtestsmaybeperformed.Forappropriateuseofthismethodandforalternativebiodegradationmethods,seeISO/TR15462andforgeneralinformationonbiotesting,seeISO5667-16.

【摘要】:ThispartofIEC61000establishesamethodologyfortheachievementoffunctionalsafetyonlywithregardtoelectromagneticphenomenaofelectricalandelectronicsystemsandinstallations,asinstalledandusedunderoperationalconditions.Thismethodologyincludestheimplicationithasonequipmentusedinsuchsystemsandinstallations.Thistechnicalspecification:a)appliestosafety-relatedsystemsincorporatingelectrical/electronic/programmableelectronicequipment;b)considerstheinfluenceoftheelectromagneticenvironmentonsafety-relatedsystems;itisintendedfordesigners,manufacturersandinstallersofsafety-relatedsystemsandcanbeusedasaguidebyIECcommittees;c)isnotconcernedwithdirecthazardsfromelectromagneticfieldsonlivingbeingsnorisitconcernedwithsafetyrelatedtobreakdownofinsulationorothermechanismsbywhichpersonscanbeexposedtoelectricalhazards.ItmainlycoversEMCrelatedaspectsofthedesignphaseofsafety-relatedsystemsandequipmentusedtherein,anddealsinparticularwith-somebasicconceptsintheareaoffunctionalsafety,-thevariousEMCspecificstepsfortheachievementandmanagementoffunctionalsafety,-thedescriptionandassessmentoftheelectromagneticenvironment,-theEMCaspectsofthedesignandintegrationprocesstakingintoaccounttheprocessofEMCsafetyplanningonsystemaswellasonequipmentlevel,-thevalidationandverificationprocessesregardingtheimmunityagainstelectromagneticdisturbances,-theperformancecriterionandsometestphilosophyconsiderationsforsafety-relatedsystemsandtheequipmentusedtherein,-aspectsrelatedtotestingoftheimmunityofsafety-relatedsystemsandequipmentusedthereinagainstelectromagneticdisturbances.ThisTechnicalSpecificationisapplicabletosafety-relatedsystemsintendedtocomplywiththerequirementsofIEC61508and/orassociatedsector-specificfunctionalsafetystandards.Forsafety-relatedsystemscoveredbyotherfunctionalsafetystandards,aconsiderationshallbemadeoftherequirementsofthisTechnicalSpecificationinordertoidentifytheappropriatemeasuresthatshallbetakenwithrelationtoEMCandfunctionalsafety.ThisTechnicalSpecificationmayalsobeusedasaguideforconsideringEMCrequirementsforothersystemshavingadirectcontributiontosafety.
